I was looking for the Russo Frames and was advised to contact the Sudbury location. Cathy assisted us with ordering these and gave us very detailed instructions on how to have it shipped. She even emailed me to tell me that they had come to pick up. The level of customer service was astounding.
We recently went in to look at a table and chairs AFTER we had purchased a set at Home Sense. The staff explained the quality of the chairs and table; notified us that they had a sale on dining furniture and helped us match quality leather chairs with the colour of our table. Amazing service and exuberance in assisting us!! We are definitely returning for future purchases and this is because of the staff and the quality of furniture!
Absolutely love this store! Kathy and the rest of the staff are always amazing. They are so welcoming and helpful with any questions you have. The winter decorating sessions they hosted in November was great. If I could give 6 stars I would!
