Pleasant shopping experience!
VERY DISAPPOINTED I purchased a coffee table and when it arrived it was damaged. I called to seek a resolution and the customer representative and I agreed to a 15% off in store coupon. I received a 15% off the purchase price of the table, this not what I agreed to. When I reached back out, I was told we did not agree to this and that was that!! Now I am left with a damaged table, disgusted by Urban Barns actions and behaviour. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I would avoid Urban Barn as their customer service... read more

Our favourite store for furniture and accessories. Staff are always welcoming, grit and willing to help. I might add that I have never gotten a birthday coupon (May)..
