The staff were great! A slight oversight when my son picked up a lamp for me. They forgot to send the shade with him. I was short on time as I was finishing a job for a client and the store manager actually drove the shade out to me a hour away! She saved the day!! Thank-you!

I wanted to share my disappointment with my recent visit to your store on Friday, the 14th, in the afternoon, I came in specifically to check out a sofa I was considering purchasing. Unfortunately, from the moment I entered, I received no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff.
