I love the atmosphere of Urban Barn, there’s always new decor and furniture which makes every visit super enjoyable, always making me stop by every time I’m in the area. I purchased a wall decor item in maybe May. It was shipped to store and after it arrived I was busy and didn’t get around to opening it for about 7 weeks. When I opened it I discovered it was broken where some glue would have failed or been defective so I went into the store to see what they would do. The employee kept repeating that they had a 30 day return policy which I reminded him I knew about but that we all know isn’t a firm policy, as I’ve also worked in retail before. The staff are all extremely helpful when you’re needing some advice, going up and beyond to assist with finding the best pieces for your space One lovely lady there named Jocelyn has provided me with exceptional service whenever I come in to get some ideas, I would recommend her 100%
I love shopping here! The staff are very friendly, and April, specifically, is so knowledgeable and helpful. She is so talented with decorating and always goes out of her way to help with matching furniture items, and answer my decorating questions. She helped to design my whole living room, and it looks amazing! I would highly recommend going to see her!
