The staff are all wonderful to work with at the Queen W store. Bought several pieces.

Employees followed us around the store which made us feel very uncomfortable. Kept staring at us, not offering to help just staring. Not a nice experience

I purchased a floor model sofa from Urban Barn in February. The moment it was unwrapped, one corner wasn't touching the ground. I could lift that entire side with one hand. The other side didn't move. I called customer service the same day and submitted the requested video evidence. Over the next 2.5 weeks I was transferred to three different representatives, resent the video twice, and re-explained the issue from scratch each time.
