This is not in regard to this location but rather the company itself. These people were actually going to deliver 1 table and 1 out of 6 chairs and imagine how surprised I would have been and once at my home obviously not returnable or a restocking fee. 5 damaged chairs, it took a month for them to tell me as the order sat in the warehouse and then they would not match the original price paid for a different style chair as the original ones were now discontinued. This is the best furniture store in Toronto and the staff (Rhea helped me) are so amazing. They know their product well, know design well, and are super attentive. Highly highly recommend this store. And the products are just all fantastic design and quality. I went with the liberty couch and chair and am very happy with them!
Really great designs but the staff are the real stars. Knowledgeable, helpful, and they have a client-centered approach. Rhea has been lovely to work with.

As soon as you walk in, you get a friendly hello at the door. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. They are attentive, but not pushy. Store is clean and well-kept. Jason (store manager?) helped me out. He has an eye for what I was looking for. Great place to shop!!
