Employees followed us around the store which made us feel very uncomfortable. Kept staring at us, not offering to help just staring. Not a nice experience

I purchased a floor model sofa from Urban Barn in February. The moment it was unwrapped, one corner wasn't touching the ground. I could lift that entire side with one hand. The other side didn't move. I called customer service the same day and submitted the requested video evidence. Over the next 2.5 weeks I was transferred to three different representatives, resent the video twice, and re-explained the issue from scratch each time. This is not in regard to this location but rather the company itself. These people were actually going to deliver 1 table and 1 out of 6 chairs and imagine how surprised I would have been and once at my home obviously not returnable or a restocking fee. 5 damaged chairs, it took a month for them to tell me as the order sat in the warehouse and then they would not match the original price paid for a different style chair as the original ones were now discontinued. This is the best furniture store in Toronto and the staff (Rhea helped me) are so amazing. They know their product well, know design well, and are super attentive. Highly highly recommend this store. And the products are just all fantastic design and quality. I went with the liberty couch and chair and am very happy with them!
