The prices are so good, and the furniture is in good condition. But I am not a fan of the delivery method and process.
The staff are absolutely amazing and extremely helpful.
I had a wonderful experience with Urban Barn, especially the Granville and Port Coquitlam locations. The staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process of choosing my sofa. Overall, such a smooth and positive experience—highly recommend!

I went to Urban Barn Outlet in Port Coquitlam last week. I understand that this location sells mostly floor models and discounted furniture, so perhaps customer service there isn’t the best.
