Bought a bed and other items from here, went back to get some other small stuff. I was sneakily followed around the store very obviously to say the least, the man thought I was gonna steal, he followed me right to the front door as I was leaving. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store I already made large purchases from. When I confronted him, he got extremely hostile and weird saying if I had a problem….

This review isn't about the quality of their furniture but rather the poor communication regarding their store hours. This location closed an hour early for inventory on Jan 13th, yet there was no mention of it in their pickup voicemail or updated on their Google store hours. We drove all the way from North Surrey, arrived around 5:15pm and saw staff still inside the store. Hugh is the best!!! I called in a panic because my toddler drew permanent marker scribbles all over my Urban barn leather sofa and Hugh tested a piece of leather with cleaner and called me back to let me know it was safe to use on my couch. Thank you so much Hugh!
