Unfortunately, there was no follow up with me to let me know when my items would be delivered. Also, I had called the branch to amend the postal code I had given, as I am moving into a new area. This was not done. Eventually, I had to call Customer Service to enquire about deliver of my items. The employee had difficulty finding my purchase. I was on the phone with him for a considerable length of time altogether, with call backs.
