I purchased 4 bar stools and was told they would be delivered in 2 weeks. A month later i still hadn’t received them. After several calls and follow ups after 6 weeks I was finally told that they no longer had them in stock. I was very disappointed in the service that this company provided and it makes it really frustrating to support them as a Canadian brand.
Customer service is no help at all when their cheap furniture breaks within 10 months. Offered $50 for a $700 bench after a month of back and forth and no returned emails or calls.
