This was my first time visiting this location. Definitely not the friendly customer service that I receive when I shop at my usual store in Stoney Creek. The service at that location is outstanding. However, the young lady that I spoke to on the phone was lovely and she put an item on hold for me. I did appreciate that as I was coming from out of town. Sadly, I didn't have the opportunity to thank her in person. I absolutely love the picture that I purchased. Urban Barn never disappoints.
We recently purchased kitchen chairs for our new home. We thought the quality of the chairs were fantastic and the style matched well! We were amazed as to how fast they arrived in the store for pickup! Great service for the entire Oakville- Burloak staff!!
