We had ordered a sideboard which we received in 5 weeks instead of 3 weeks as promised. The furniture received was broken and it took us so many emails and calls for Urban barn to schedule a return pick up. We ended up with a broken, semi packed, ugly 90 inch long sideboard in our living room for 11 days. And if customers return the product for any reason other than damage, urban barn extorts 15% restocking fee from the customer. Unfortunately, there was no follow up with me to let me know when my items would be delivered. Also, I had called the branch to amend the postal code I had given, as I am moving into a new area. This was not done. Eventually, I had to call Customer Service to enquire about deliver of my items. The employee had difficulty finding my purchase. I was on the phone with him for a considerable length of time altogether, with call backs.
