My experience in the store was fine however the throw that I purchased produces so much lint that it is not useable. I washed it in hopes of resolving the mass production of lint but no such luck. Waste of money. Why stock low quality items with high price tags?
Ladies weren’t very helpful lacking enthusiasm even though not many customers were around
I love the store and the team. Most of the furniture I bought is of good quality. Not sure about the couch though, as it sinks and sheds (pictures attached). I wouldn’t buy couches there again. The worst part is the company they work with for furniture/couch insurance, Diamond Kote. It is impossible to get any work with them. They find a million reason not to do their work, I have been trying to get stains cleaned for month even though I have a warranty.
