I had an excellent service and amazing customer service experience at Urban Barn Oak Park. Angie and May they went out of the way to assist me to design my place. They are very polite, took extra time to give me ideas and great suggestions. Hats off to their excellent customer care they provided and I always felt it home.
My husband and I recently purchased 2 sofas. We were looked after so well by Hilal. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. We felt no pressure and this made our decision so much easier. We highly recommend her and are grateful for the service she provided us. Thank you Hilal!!!
Visited this store today to purchase some things for my new place. Hilal was so friendly and very helpful. The store was so clean and organized. I love how easy it is to use the ideas the interior designers display for us in store. Halil assisted us in gathering the flower arrangement for the vase we bought for our dining table and everything was wrapped very nicely to transport home safely. Love this store so much!
