I love the store and the team. Most of the furniture I bought is of good quality. Not sure about the couch though, as it sinks and sheds (pictures attached). I wouldn’t buy couches there again. The worst part is the company they work with for furniture/couch insurance, Diamond Kote. It is impossible to get any work with them. They find a million reason not to do their work, I have been trying to get stains cleaned for month even though I have a warranty. Pretty store. Found some amazing items. Staff was helpful!
Bought most of our furniture at this location (and Burloak) over the past two years. I always found their sales associates friendly and welcoming. Their customer service is great, issues were always resolved to my full satisfaction. We really like the style of their furniture although the build quality of some items is questionable. They are always willing to stand behind their products, which has kept me a loyal customer for the past 3 years. Mixed experiences with their white-glove delivery service.
Poor customer service from the two female sales staff one person is Irene. The is the second time I had this experience. I felt that if you are a visible minority she passes the message that you are not welcome at the store. The management should train the staff in diversity and equality.
