May, Melinda, and the rest of the staff at the Oakville place are absolutely wonderful. They are professional, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Their positive attitude and attention to detail make a big difference, and they create a welcoming and supportive environment. It’s clear they truly care about what they do, and it shows in the quality of their service. I highly recommend this location because of the amazing team working there.
After waiting for weeks on end, the bed came with 2 nuts missing, and so we can not use the storage.. Someone is supposed to reach out to me and tell me when I will get the nuts fixed, but nobody has called me.. I am dissappointed
I walked into Urban Barn in the fall with a plan in mind but not knowing how to execute it. Then I met May. May was fantastic in helping me create my vision and pointed to furniture and accessories to help me get there. I brought my husband the second time I went to the store and we were both really impressed with May. She has such an eye for design and she was extremely helpful. May and her staff have been absolutely fabulous. Very friendly, helpful and focused on outstanding customer service. May helped with design ideas, remedying an issue with a mark on the sofa bed I purchased and ensuring I did receive an upcoming discount. When I picked up a bench, May and her staff ensured that I could take it home in my car. The sofa bed and bench are beautiful and so comfortable! An absolutely fabulous experience! I highly recommend Urban Barn at Oak Park!
Wonderful service at Urban Barn! Leslie Anne (associate 7058) was incredibly helpful. I showed her a photo of my dining room and she guided me through the options, recommending the curtains that fit my space perfectly. She was patient, friendly, and really knew her stuff. I’m so happy with my choice!
