We had a problem with a delivery (that we had to pay extra for). After contacting Urban Barn’s Customer Service Department, we were originally given the run around. I spoke to our amazing Sales Representative, Erin J. at the Newmarket/EG store and she brought it to her Superiors’ attention, who escalated it and totally rejuvenated our trust in Urban Barn.
