The refund policy clearly states that a valid receipt is required. When I order online, I do not get a physical receipt. I get an email receipt which I brought to Urban Barn to return a couple products and they told me I needed a physical receipt. Nowhere in policy does it state that a physical receipt is required. I spend thousands at this store but am extremely disappointed and will ensure I no longer shop here. There is a man that works there who usually ignores me when I walk in.
