Lovely store with lovely ladies working there.
Wasn’t planning on dropping by the store, however I’m glad I did your amazing sales associate didn’t get her name but wore black framed glasses. She made my shopping experience wonderful and will definitely come back shopping at your location. I was a big Urban Barn shopper out west in Calgary and no idea how much I missed Urban Barn. Thank you again for such great service and taking the time finding what I was looking for.:) Randall

Pleasant to do business with
I’ve been a long-time Urban Barn customer, but this experience ended that relationship. I purchased an item, and less than 12 hours later it was marked down significantly overnight. I contacted customer service immediately and was initially told it might be reviewed as an exception, only to later be denied outright due to clearance policy.
