Yesterday, I visited Urban Barn to purchase a few items, but unfortunately, the customer service made the experience disappointing. We did not feel welcomed at all. The staff at the front counter greeted other customers who entered after us, but we were overlooked. When I asked about purchasing a vase, the staff member asked me twice if I was still buying it because of the price, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
