We had a great experience at Urban Barn on Granville. Javier helped us to purchase a sofa with delivery to Alberta. He even let us know when it would go on sale so we didn't pay full price. Great service from Javier and the team and the sofa looks and feels amazing!
This is the worst furniture store you can ever imagine. Firstly, the service is the worst of the worst ... completely unqualified, rude, no clue about what they are selling and then comes the manager who is the least service oriented person that you can imagine. To any client thinking about buying anything from this awful company : Don't even pass in front of this store! Not worth it!
good amount of options
Ordered a table and chairs online (over $3,000 spent) and shipping defaulted to "white glove service" for $199. I contacted customer service immediately and told them I made a mistake and asked them to change the delivery to threshold and re-imburse me $100 which they told me "was not possible, because it's already in the system....". The table and chairs hadn't even been shipped yet. This is a simple request from a customer that just spent thousands of dollars. Disappointing. I won't be shopping at Urban Barn again.
