Javier is very knowledgable. He sold me a coffee table. He was very nice as well. I will be back.
Disappointing customer service. I used a gift card that was purchased at a different location which proved to be very complicated due to their systems. Very little effort was made to resolve the issue, other than asking me to call their customer service number. An unpleasant experience to the point that it's not worth the hassle to claim the balance.
If you want peace of mind and remedial effort in the case of a big purchase gone wrong, do not visit Urban Barn. The irony is hard to miss: a store branding itself as refined and urban, yet lacking the basic tools and materials necessary to safeguard a sold item. Disappointing customer service. I received a gift card for Urban Barn and using it has been difficult because of their back end systems. I have been asked to return to the store to speak with a manager, then when I tried to use the gift card again, they offered to let me take a photo of their screen so that I could then call customer service to sort it out.
