Went to the store on Feb 1st just to have a look around end up buy a bunch of pillows. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful in finding a style that would work for my home.
Nicole is always super helpful, store always neat and tidy. Staff take time with me, even though I'm super indecisive.
Our experience with UB is always nothing but exceptional. All staff are amazing but Nicole has been our go to person for a few years. We have lots of laughs, she lets us move around the furniture so we can visualize what it will look like at home. She truly gives her honest opinion. I love shopping UB but I think my husband secretly loves it just as much.
