5 stars just for Rana. She is amazing! I can’t thank her enough for putting in all her heart and soul into helping us with finding the right cushions and throw with our rug. She was never pushy yet so helpful whenever we were stuck with making a decision. The manager was extremely helpful with figuring out a way for us to get the rug sooner than expected.
We went to urban barn and dealt with Krissy. she was amazing and helped me bring my dream style to my living room! Thanks girl!
Avoid. We asked to go to the warehouse to make sure the surface finish is what we want before we pay and they ship it for us. The refused saying that even though there’s huge variation in surface finish, AND they have a few tables in the warehouse, they would not let us pick and choose. Basically they want to deceive you into buying some inferior product and if you’re unhappy, 15% restocking fee. Other reviews also talk about poor customer service.
