I've purchased a few things at this location and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. It's a nice looking store, and prices are decent. Also Canadian owned!
I went there today to look for some decor as we just built our entertainment area and I have a lot of floating shelves that I wanted to fill with some vases and faux stems. I was so excited to check it in store as I’ve been looking online. The people there are so unwelcoming. I was so happy going in and then I just felt uncomfortable and like they all didn’t want me to be in there. One lady did say hi how are you, she was wearing a brown plaid blazer. Quinn was super nice and helpful. I already knew what I wanted, but Quinn was able to help check the item for me. We ended up buying the bed frame. I was told the item was on backorder and expected around March, but I already received a notification that I can get it earlier. That’s so awesome! I just wish there were more furniture pieces to look at. I was ready to buy lots of larger items (bed frames, dining tables, chairs, sofas, accent chairs, bar stools, and more, basically anything you can think of to fill a new house).... read more
