Avoid. We asked to go to the warehouse to make sure the surface finish is what we want before we pay and they ship it for us. The refused saying that even though there’s huge variation in surface finish, AND they have a few tables in the warehouse, they would not let us pick and choose. Basically they want to deceive you into buying some inferior product and if you’re unhappy, 15% restocking fee. Other reviews also talk about poor customer service. We recently purchased a dining table with high stools, a standing mirror, a pouf, and some smaller items from Urban Barn Coquitlam, and I just wanted to say thank you to Rana, who helped us with our purchase. Her customer service truly stood out. She was attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable in her role.
