We’ve been a customer for a number of years but the recent experience was bad. We’ve been waiting for them to get in touch with a delivery update only to have to call them numerous times to follow-up. We’ve waited for 2 weeks (with no response) only to hear that our delivery had to be charged additionally after a cancellation/rescheduling. They told me that the policy is stated on the receipt. I checked the receipt (not noted) and the website, only to see a fee is charged if I miss the delivery altogether, after it’s arrived... read more
