I went in to urban barn last week to update my living room. I Love all the merchandise there but I didn’t have a clue on how to make my space look better. There is a girl there named Nina who took the time to give me all these options on making my coffee table look more elegant. She was very knowledgeable and assured me that if I don’t like it I can bring it back with no problem. I went home and I Love what Nina put together. It was the Best customer service I have ever had. I went there today to look for some decor as we just built our entertainment area and I have a lot of floating shelves that I wanted to fill with some vases and faux stems. I was so excited to check it in store as I’ve been looking online. The people there are so unwelcoming. I was so happy going in and then I just felt uncomfortable and like they all didn’t want me to be in there. One lady did say hi how are you, she was wearing a brown plaid blazer. Quinn was super nice and helpful. I already knew what I wanted, but Quinn was able to help check the item for me. We ended up buying the bed frame. I was told the item was on backorder and expected around March, but I already received a notification that I can get it earlier. That’s so awesome! I just wish there were more furniture pieces to look at. I was ready to buy lots of larger items (bed frames, dining tables, chairs, sofas, accent chairs, bar stools, and more, basically anything you can think of to fill a new house).... read more
