I’ve recently started seeing Kayla at Urban Balance, and it’s been such a great fit for me. The space feels really cozy and calm. The staff is always friendly, and I love being able to book appointments online — it makes things so much easier. I’m honestly really glad I found this place.
Prior reviews over the years point to the same issues. Charge outrageous prices for sub-par therapy sessions with no notice when they take money out of your account. No notice. None. So, if you like notification when someone is going to take money from you and want really good therapy sessions, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
This center is absolutely beautiful. The rooms all are decorated perfectly and it reminds you of being at home. In this home there are caring people left and right. I cannot say I’ve ever had anyone help me the way Farah does. She is wonderful and I am so grateful to have the pleasure of knowing her. I always recommend Urban Balance to my friends and family.
I can not say enough about my experience here at Urban Balance. I have been seeing Farah for close to 3 years now. Farah takes a special interest in not only her patients during their sessions, but what goes on outside of the 4 walls of the therapy rooms. Farah has helped me in several mental health crisis and goes above and beyond her job description.
