RUN!!!! Their billing department is down right bordering on illegal. I am at the end of my practice with them (which I have been self paying for) and now I am suddenly getting hit with large payments because "They forgot to charge for x,y,z" during my time there. I have NOT gotten a single bill - even after asking for them. I have asked that they stop charging my card without sending me a bill, and that has not been honored! The stress of this billing department easily beats out any benefit from my counseling!
This organization does not truly care about patients and their needs. I had signed up for a session and requested to confirm my insurance would be taken after they confirmed my therapist and the date I would see them. Ironically, somehow the therapist "changed" their schedule and could no longer see me...there were no additional dates provided to be seen from the updated schedule and almost sorry, we cannot do anything much further. Horrible experience especially for a new patient looking to begin their journey with therapy.
