RUN!!!! Their billing department is down right bordering on illegal. I am at the end of my practice with them (which I have been self paying for) and now I am suddenly getting hit with large payments because "They forgot to charge for x,y,z" during my time there. I have NOT gotten a single bill - even after asking for them. I have asked that they stop charging my card without sending me a bill, and that has not been honored! The stress of this billing department easily beats out any benefit from my counseling!
if I could rate them 0 starts I absolutely would do, I was recommended this provider by Magallanes which is a benefit the company I work for, it is suppose to help me with my mental health and covered by EPA (Employee Assistance Program), the therapist was unprofessional not respecting my time arriving 10 mins late and leaving early, Urban balance keeps sending me a bill that is covered by the EPA I gave them (I talked to them twice) and apparently they are going to send me to credit and collections now, I reported them to m... read more
