Phenomenal service. Our odd ball car was having major wiring issues and leaks and they repaired everything for a reasonable price and had amazing attitudes and personalities!! I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Many other auto repair companies should take lessons from Urban. Excellent customer service, thorough explanations, fair prices (lower than I expected).

By far the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. Beau and Dan are so responsive, honest, and genuinely helpful. They were so patient with all my questions and made a typically stressful experience very easy and pleasant. Can’t recommend Urban Autocare and their staff enough!
I've been bringing my Nissan Sentra to Urban Autocare for about a year and a half now. I had recently moved to the state and found that they were close to me and had great reviews so I gave them a try. The guys at Urban Autocare are always friendly, watchful and caring. They keep an eye on our cars and tell us when it's time for something to be looked at. In spite of being busy, and I mean BUSY, they always get us in as quickly as possible. They keep our old cars humming!
