Leo is incredibly knowledgeable, and overall very upfront and honest about his vehicles, the vehicle repair and restore process they go through, and was willing to help in every way during every step. Very rare to find someone like him in the business of selling cars. Expert and professional service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to purchase.
My husband and I purchased 2024 Suburu Crosstrek. Leo helped us with our new purchase and he was super great guy and would certainly go back to him again, and I would recommend anyone looking for a car to go to him. He’s top notch. All his cars are detailed and he does a excellent job helping people get into a new vehicle of their choice, I wish we would have came to Urban Auto years ago this was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was panicking trying to work out what to do with blown head gaskets in my Subaru Crosstrek. I found Urban Auto on Facebook, luckily. I reached out and started to communicate with Leo about options. He was great to work with! He gave me honest opinions and clear suggestions. I'm so grateful for the work he did and how quick he turned it around. Great, honest dealership!!!!
Not sure you can call this a “business” they blast music until 1-3 am. Work odd hours. Loud as hell, drilling, probably running back odometers. We live nearby and it’s truly unfortunate there are people like this with no respect for other human life.
Great experience here! I was looking in purchasing my first car and was about to purchase a car here, but was sold before I could get it. But Leo was very nice and let me know of another car coming in that matched what I was looking for and even let me know ahead of time when it arrived so I could be first to check it out. Was able to drive it, get it checked out with a pre-purchase inspection and everything came out well and clean! I had all my questions answered and came out as a new car owner.
