I was panicking trying to work out what to do with blown head gaskets in my Subaru Crosstrek. I found Urban Auto on Facebook, luckily. I reached out and started to communicate with Leo about options. He was great to work with! He gave me honest opinions and clear suggestions. I'm so grateful for the work he did and how quick he turned it around. Great, honest dealership!!!!
Not sure you can call this a “business” they blast music until 1-3 am. Work odd hours. Loud as hell, drilling, probably running back odometers. We live nearby and it’s truly unfortunate there are people like this with no respect for other human life.
Great experience here! I was looking in purchasing my first car and was about to purchase a car here, but was sold before I could get it. But Leo was very nice and let me know of another car coming in that matched what I was looking for and even let me know ahead of time when it arrived so I could be first to check it out. Was able to drive it, get it checked out with a pre-purchase inspection and everything came out well and clean! I had all my questions answered and came out as a new car owner. Bought a car 6 months ago from them. We had our mechanic check it out and it was put together well (being a rebuilt title). Service was great and they addressed our concerns. We have loved the car! Would consider buying here again.
