Best car yard car to deal with. Friendly service and they went out of there way to help me
If your buying SUV i would get the SNOW tyres they put on replaced which are sold with it, barely legal >4mm and unsafe for Canterbury roads, they don't mention this and would hide it as it adds cost (legal to not declare). Will not buy from here again, over ~$25k so expected more
Started out friendly and personable. Attitude completely changed once money changed hands. The owner, Craig, showed his true colours and became really rude and condescending when something went wrong with the car and we brought back well within the warranty period to ask them to fix it. What else is the warranty there for? Don't upsell warranties to your customers if you're going to treat them like second class citizens when they utilise them! I love the car I bought from there now but I wouldn't purchase there again.
