Friendly staff, challenging group classes and great open gym equipment. Usually busy but never crowded which gives it a great community vibe.
I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a welcoming, tidy and quiet place to train. The atmosphere is respectful, and everyone is kind. Louise is a dedicated and supportive personal trainer who truly cares about her clients.
Urban Athletic has been a fabulous personalised gym. It is open very long hours, almost 24/7 with card entry. The manager, Enzo is there at peak times and more, always ready to answer questions, including specialised suggestions for best exercises following injuries. His guidance is thorough. They have great classes and specialised boxing classes. Also, considering the extensive opening hours, this is value for money. I highly recommend this gym.
This gym is a gem, with plenty of space and a good range of functional, cardio and strength equipment, everyone is friendly, the hiit and boxing classes are also great
