The trainers and environment there is meant to be very helpful. Amazingly skilled trainers, clean and organized facility where everyone is treated with respect and a smile.

This gym is phenomenal. Staff are all super friendly, the facilities are clean, the equipment is well maintained, and there is a great variety of equipment on the floor. The variety, quantity and quality of the classes is super. The instructors are amazing (special shout outs for Wendy, Shannon and Ruthy!!). The thing I love the most about this gym though is the community, it is so welcoming, non-judgmental and supportive.
