I'm in the best shape of my life! Thanks to Don, Jen and the trainers at Urban Army, I'm in great shape, and even ran my first 5k in 20 years. The Rose Bowl setting adds variety while the trainers make it fun, invigorating and never stop pushing us. Best of all, it works!
