Do not book with them. No one on the counter had to ring a phone number to someone with limited English or ability. Like talking to a three year old. 45min to get a key. Not the best experience.

We stayed in a Deluxe King Studio, but the air conditioning was not working. Instead, there were three fans left in the room (outside temperature is 30+ degrees), which is not acceptable, especially when booking accommodation expecting proper facilities. We called staff to request a room change, but they refused. This issue should have been clearly communicated at the beginning during check-in. Room was clean but run down and badly needing refurbishment The aircon in the room didn’t work , two pedestal fans were left in the bedroom with the windows cracked open very disappointing! Lift was a nightmare, the call button on the ground floor doesn’t work , you have to wait for someone to use the lift to the ground floor before you can go up. Waited almost 20 mins on returning to the hotel at night before the lift came down. Ridiculous . Location is excellent . Finding the Strand parking entrance is tricky, drive slow... read more

They a) lost my reservation, so had to juggle me around rooms the first couple of nights b) cancelled my keycard randomly in the middle of my stay, and c) re-made my bed with filthy sheets - something like crusty dried food/vomit and hair sandwiched between the sheet and the doona? - and refused to change it. All without explanation or apology. Unmanned reception is also pretty annoying to deal with. Location somewhat convenient.
