After moving from Cleveland to Houston last year, I honestly didn’t think I’d find a CrossFit community that could match the one I left behind. It wasn’t just a gym for me it felt like home. I live in the East End, so there are several gyms nearby, but none of them felt like the right fit. This is a fantastic gym. I started by going to the free community days. Then I tried some one on one sessions where they patiently taught me to do all of movements safely (equipment and non equipment movements). Then I joined the classes. It’s an overall encouraging community and efficient workout. All of the coaches are very knowledgeable and positive.
