Best service, genius doctor
Wow Dr Valentine and his staff are fantastic. Dr Valentine makes you feel so welcomed and cared for. It was such a pleasure to meet him. Almost wish I had something else wrong so I can go back.
I took my autistic son to see Dr Valentine regarding ongoing nasal obstruction due to a deviated septum. I was disappointed by how dismissive the appointment felt. Despite clear signs that his breathing issues were impacting sleep, fatigue, and sensory regulation, I was repeatedly told “nothing can be done until he’s a teenager.” Only after pushing did I learn there was a nasal spray we could try in the meantime. But the doctor downplayed the effectiveness and was reluctant to give me a script. That option should have been o... read more

Was referred to outback ent by my gp for what was told was sinus infection like symptoms sore neck, headaches and dizziness, scans showed some issues with my sinus so it was assumed it was the cause. As per there recommendations went in for the surgery and waited for recovery, to my disappointment it did not help my symptoms, months later turns out my issues were stemming from a neck injury not sinus problem, never had post nasal drip or other sinus related problems before the surgery, but months on since then it has been a ... read more
