We’ve been loyal members here for three years, but today’s visit was an absolute disaster. We came in excited to celebrate a birthday, only to be met with terrible customer service. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and the kitchen staff was beyond disrespectful—instead of calmly answering basic questions, they actually stood there and argued with us.
