My kids love it
Had our daughter's Birthday party there. Our host was awesome, helped with the table-time a lot. The facility offers a variety of activities that our kids enjoyed very much. Pricevise it is a good value for money if you have a group of 10. Food was good. Bathrooms could be cleaner.
Service was awful. Treated my (extremely well behaved) kids/friends like crap before even getting their wristbands, and treated me like an idiot. Pricing and policies are insane. Parent seating is sparse and uncomfortable. I literally have nothing nice to say about this place and it's one of the extremely few places that I believe deserves to go out of business. Pay attention to the low ratings they already have, and save your time, money, and peace.
