I have been trying to cancel my Urban Air monthly membership for over 3 months. Despite repeated requests, Urban Air has refused to honor the cancellation of my contract and has continued billing me each month. Their staff told me via email my contract would end within 4 days, but instead they kept charging my account (outside of the timeline in the agreement). Granddaughter went to Birthday party there. Could see the makeshift repairs to make sharp edges softer. Not particularly clean. Staff, mostly students, congregated up front and not paying attention to kids. A few hard working ones assisting with parties and a very few watching most dangerous activities .
Had my daughters 11th birthday here, this is probably the 4th birthday party we have had here. It's always a blast, everyone had so much fun, and the party hosts make it SOOO easy for the party parent. Byron was AWESOME!! Took care of everything for us, I literally did nothing , which is a mom's dream...then I walked away and didn't have to clean up!! WHAT??? This place is giving mom's everything they need. Well... don't go! $50 for me and 1 kid. Looks like it might have been cool....awhile ago. Lots of things not kept up with. My kid had fun, and would have given 2 or 3 stars. But..... They DO NOT have any procedures to make sure your kid is yours, or they don't just run out into the parking lot! I kept a good eye on my kid, but then they got super busy. Im sure they don't keep track of how many people are there. They have attractions where kids can just jump on other kids. No employees watching. I think they were outnumbered.... read more
