Glad our house warranty denied our claim. Everyone our company sent out were fraudsters... Not Urban air though(We searched them out ourselves.) Granted we're located in their area, though that has nothing to do with this review. Real folk here though. Please patron their services.
When our AC went out, we called Urban Air and Heat. Kyle was identified and repaired our unit within an hour. Awesome service!
Kyle was super helpful and quick to respond. He fixed our AC issue and was straight forward with a solution and guidance for our system. Excellent service.
Kyle showed up ahead of our scheduled time, immediately diagnosed the problem and had me up and running in minutes. And this after a long weekend!
Kyle got back to me quickly. A technician is here the same day a couple hours after my call. Repaired and got the AC going within a half an hour, the wife is now cool and happy. He is now part of my contacts I strongly recommend contacting him. He is local and courteous.
