I was referred to Kyle with Urban Air from neighbors that also used his services and all had great things to say. My AC went out on a Friday and it was getting toasty in the house! I wasn't sure if anyone would come out before the weekend but Kyle was there within an hr and fixed the problem quick and efficiently. Great customer service and fair pricing. I definitely recommend them for any of your AC needs!

Kyle at Urban Air & Heat is absolutely amazing! He is timely on his service appointments and made sure our unit was running properly. One night, we came home to a hot house. I made a call to Kyle, he basically diagnosed it over the phone and was there to fix it within the hour! We were cooling down in no time. Urban Air and Heat will have our business from now on.

I called Kyle on a Friday evening when my AC stopped blowing cold air earlier that day. He headed over as soon as I called and debugged my situation around the attic & outside the house until he got cold air coming out the vents (needed Freon ultimately). I've now got a cold house again; all the better that he solved the issue in that single visit. Kyle was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions along the way. Glad I called!
