She not only took her time and was extremely precise with my treatments, but she educated me on the reasoning for placement during my treatments. Suzana listened to my concerns, addressed my needs, and gave me the highest level of confidence! Highly recommended Suzana and urban aesthetics!! I absolutely adore Suzana Marku. She is so well-informed no matter what I bring up. In the past, when I have had Botox, I have ended up with one brow that is higher than the other, or I have had to go back for additional units. But Suzana gets it right the first time. Everything she does is perfection. On top of that, she has the best personality and is such a delight to talk to. Sometimes I don’t want to leave and just want to stay and keep chatting with her!
Aristida and Suzanne, are masters of their craft. My wife and I will be lifetime clients. Not only is their work impeccable, but they are just genuinely great people.
I will never go to another medspa again! Suzana and Aristida could not have been more professional.
