Working with Urban 3 has been a pleasure. We have done multiple builds with Urban 3 and each time has been great. Special thanks for Phil, Eric and Gary for their customer service and attention to detail.
As a developer, I have had the pleasure to work with Urban3 on two projects thus far (6 homes). I find them to be very accommodating and professional. Phil, in particular, is incredibly responsive and always goes to the extra mile to ensure the client is looked after. They are competent and experienced custom builders that I know I can trust.
We purchase house billed by them So poor quality of work and when we called them and ask to fix their supervisor came and was arguing with my wife without any reason and was giving silly reason and did not do any work and left Will not advise any one to go to them Thanks
Feels right Urban3 does work for my clients wanting new builds, and recently I was reminded why I like Urban3. I normally do all plans for my clients and Urban3 use them. In this recent case Phil looked into and volunteered to remove the design cost that is naturally in client estimating, a standard cost. Going through Urban3 has been a great experience in building 2 investment townhouses. From the start Phil's communication, honesty and helpfulness was exemplary especially going through COVID. The finish buildings were of high standard and after handover service has been great. Good value for money, highly recommended small family builder. Will go with them again!
