I had a great experience and was made to feel very welcome. I enjoyed visiting with Drew and later with Dustin who came through with an amazing cut! Glad I finally checked Urbain out. I'll be back
I was very excited to find a new hairstylist in the Gainsville area. However, every time I’ve tried to make an appointment, Drew can never seem to make it and has rescheduled me about five times for one appointment. This is not good business relations. I’m over all the excuses. I have a career and I have to go to work every day at certain times to fulfill my commitment to other people and when I schedule an appointment, I expect the same treatment from a business owner.
