I took my new car for it's second service at this establishment, and the service was completed to satisction, but for they charged me a ridiculous price. $698.30 for a filter and oil change is robbery, and they refused to give my keys back until I payed. I believe they think they could take advantage of me because I am a senior citizen. The car has only done 20k kilometres, it is basically brand new, there are no complications that should've hiked the price so much. Can't speak highly enough of these guys. I went to them for a second opinion after a different service center returned my car after a service with dash lights on and running really rough. These issues weren't there before the service. I returned only to.be told to run 98 fuel and ignore the dash lights. Urangan service center diagnosed the issue in 5 mins. The air intake hose was dislodged! I will be going to urangan service center for my next services in future
The whole team is awesome they got me out on jam, they fitted me within 2 hours of phone call to them. They are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Do yourself a favour give the team a go you won't be disappointed. One very happy customer I will be back. AAAA++++ 😀
