Highly disrespectful, patronizing and blatantly dismissive towards women. My partner dropped off her company vehicle after the owner initially agreed to service it over the weekend. He didn't even touch the car, nor did he contact her for any updates. At drop-off, he was immediately hostile, telling her directly that he 'didn't like her' and wouldn't deal with 'difficult people'—simply because she is a busy business owner who needed to schedule a Friday drop-off. My car started having issues while driving into work one morning. I stopped by Urals that morning and explained the issues I was having and told them I needed the car for work. Without hesitation they said they would do their best to help me - they got the car in that day, called me with updates and explained the work needed. Car was back on the road with very little time lost. All the guys here are amazing! Super friendly! great customer service and they actually care... Fantastic shop with great customer service. We sent our truck in for some repairs and they were very honest and forthcoming with pictures and updates on the process. I have nothing but good things to say and would definitely recommend this shop.
