Dr displayed exemplary professionalism during my 2 visits. Results from consultant physician were prompt & immediately available on the computer and he was forthcoming in sharing correspondence. Very accommodating and the reception staff was a true gem of a lady, thank you to both of them.
Been a patient since 2014. Exceptional GP. Attendance of students during consults always happens after you are asked for and only if you have given your consent. No observing students will mean no future doctors. Students are subject to comply with medical confidentiality. Any failure to retrieve emails at a medical practice is often indicative that the sender has failed to correctly send - do not assume it is the fault of the receiver.
