Walked in looking for a Ural. They had one I liked, the prices were fair, had the paperwork done in 20 minutes or less. Picked it up a week later with a few accessories I asked for installed. Quick lesson in riding a Ural and help loading it was provided. Honestly, one of the best dealership experiences I have had.

Bob was great to work with! Communicated with us through the whole process, went over the bike and helped get our trade-ins off the trailer. So glad we purchased our Ural here.
Rhoads is the only place I use to service my Ural. Their work and care are excellent. Now, if I can just get Dave to remember his helmet...
