While our initial conversation seemed promising and Urai was transparent that someone had applied to the unit I was most interested in, I was disappointed when I reached out the day before our showing and could not get in contact with the agent for an update. The same happened when I reached the day of the showing, so I ultimately concluded it was no longer a standing appointment. The office could also not provide an update, which ultimately caused me to feel my time was wasted.
