I have been dealing with UR for almost 5 years now. Very competitive price and Ruwaida always tries to accommodate, even with very short notice. Highly recommended !!!
Yesterday, Sam and his team replaced the ducted air conditioning system at my home. I want to mention that the entire team was professional and very clean. They took great care to cover the floors and furniture before starting their work. All the fittings and materials in the ceiling were replaced with new ones. Unfortunately, when they opened the condenser unit, they discovered it was damaged. The office contacted me promptly and arranged to order a new condenser unit. I had a good experience with UR Air conditioning From start to finish, their technicain was professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and had it up and running. The technician (Rami) arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood all my options before moving forward. As per other reviews, if I could rate zero stars I would. Terrible customer service! Unable to pay online when selecting the pick-up option. After receiving email notice the product is available for collection, I arrive to be told part of the order hasn't arrived and is still yet to clear customs. I then request to at least pick-up the other part. To which I'm then told they sold that to someone the day prior.Absolutely useless and full of lies. Highly recommend going elsewhere.
