Yesterday, Sam and his team replaced the ducted air conditioning system at my home. I want to mention that the entire team was professional and very clean. They took great care to cover the floors and furniture before starting their work. All the fittings and materials in the ceiling were replaced with new ones. Unfortunately, when they opened the condenser unit, they discovered it was damaged. The office contacted me promptly and arranged to order a new condenser unit. I had a good experience with UR Air conditioning From start to finish, their technicain was professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and had it up and running. The technician (Rami) arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood all my options before moving forward. I highly recommend UR Air codnitioning to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality air conditioning service.
As per other reviews, if I could rate zero stars I would. Terrible customer service! Unable to pay online when selecting the pick-up option. After receiving email notice the product is available for collection, I arrive to be told part of the order hasn't arrived and is still yet to clear customs. I then request to at least pick-up the other part. To which I'm then told they sold that to someone the day prior.Absolutely useless and full of lies. Highly recommend going elsewhere. If I could choose the rate zero or minus 1 star I would. They dont know what they are doing. Poor service, we had the air conditioning installed in our house, had to wait over a month to get ti set up and configure properly. It was all poorly installed and no air coming out. We turn on in maximum ventilation and barely can feel the air flow out of the It, it NEVER gets to 22 degrees inside of my house, it just not fit for purpose.
