The phone number online went to UR, the man there said I would get call back and it would be high priority. Days later nothing. I went in to the office to schedule a. Appointment in person.The receptionist spoke with someone, and 30 minutes later I was being seen by a doctor. I had to be referred to another doctor and literally 5 minutes after leaving the office received a call scheduling my next appointment for two days later. Both receptionists, the nurse, and both doctors I spoke with were 5 star.
I cannot rave enough about this office. My dad has been having some issues, and was referred here by his primary doctor. Everyone we encountered was incredibly nice and kind. When I called to schedule, the secretary was so nice, easy to talk to and we were even making some jokes by the end of our call. Scheduling was really quick, as well. The day of his appointment we were met with the same kindness from everyone.
