Stupid photo of bush instead of building
Office made scheduling error for patient waiting for catheter removable. Instead of correcting the error hung up on us when we asked to speak with management. When we were able to speak with someone they said we could find another urology as if the patient was not in need of care ASAP. Refused to see patient in timely manor so we were forced to see a NP and not a doctor. Patient is unable to get through phone line to make appointments. We demand better care.
Great Dr’s but everytime I call it’s at least a half hour on hold.
Don’t bother calling the office unless you have at least 30 minutes or more to be on hold. They call you and leave a message to call and don’t give you a direct number. This has happened 3 times this week.
