The entire office at Batavia urology does less than the bare minimum. They have been very unprofessional in treating me. I had to wait over 4 weeks for a scheduled procedure, and they could not tell me where or when the procedure would take place. The lack of communication is sickening, and I will not be going back to these offices in the future. Only giving one star because 0 is not possible.
Amazing staff. Made you feel comfortable and were very caring
I had,a kidney stone. I went to Highland Hospital ED saw Dr. Jason. He was great. The last Urologist I saw at Strong and he told me not to come back and waste his time. So when I saw Dr. Jason I asked him if he was taking New patients he said yes but he told me he was out of Batavia. I have been seeing him ever since... Thank God
