DO NOT GO! This is not an urgent care! This is being misrepresented by U of R. They incorrectly code your visit and make pay hundreds of dollars for routine care.

My wife took a fall and ended up at urgent care here just at closing time, everyone was thoughtful considerate even though it was closing time. Gave us what we needed quickly to get to the hospital
Nobody is looking forward to an urgent care visit and the staff at the Perinton Urgent Care were sensitive to that during my visit. Each nurse and provider I came in contact with was friendly and compassionate, I felt heard and received the quality care I needed.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent urgent care visit. I presented with a severe sore throat, extreme pain to swallow and eat, a possible ear infection, and a fever, but was dismissed with a diagnosis of allergies and advised to take over-the-counter allergy medication. Despite the absence of tonsils, which I communicated, I stated that it would be harder to see the symptoms of strep or the flu and they still did not do a further evaluation of my symptoms.
