I’ve been going here for 5 years. I used to love this place. In the past year or so, this place has gone downhill. The people at the front desk are rude and they don’t answer the phone. When they do, they say “please hold” and proceed to hang up on you. I called multiple times over the course of a few weeks. Couldn’t get anyone to pick up. Finally, someone answers and I’m able to make an appointment. Then a week later, I get a call saying that they have to cancel my appointment due to scheduling conflicts. I can't speak on the other doctors at this practice, but Dr. Sanko has always taken great care of me and has never once been dismissive about any concerns I might have, which is very important to me. I can't imagine trusting anyone else. His nurses and assistants are also phenomenal.

Dr Sanko was amazing. My appointment was ahead of schedule so I got right in as I showed up half an hour early. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. The ultrasound tech was super nice. I think a lot of people take quiet as rude, and none of the staff were rude. They were quiet and professional. Dr Sanko worked really well for last minute things. It was originally a hysterectomy consult, but then he added in my PAP, a biopsy, and even an ultrasound since I had to drive two hours to be seen. And staff was STILL on time. This ... read more
