Came in last week for intense headache, pressure in head and neck, fevers, chills, and vomiting. I was told its most likely viral and to wait it out. I was also given a doctor’s note to go back to work Thursday. Thursday comes around and im still not feeling well. My job had to put me on LOA because the doctor ignored the nurses note about me getting another doctor’s note. I will also add I was told to ONLY come back if I had a fever of 104. Traveled the distance for this dr because she was board certified. I just wanted my thyroid checked but she made me think I was dying from heart disease. Then when I passed an echo (which took months) she started gaslighting my symptoms and ignored the thyroid. Prescribed a ccb. I left for a new dr that immediately checked my thyroid, which is stage 3. I worry about her other patients as they looked to be mostly seniors and easy to abuse. I filed a complaint at her office but got no results. Cannot recommend.
