One of the best places I have visited within URMC for the most part. There was an issue with a staff member and I had to reach out to file a complaint which was handled swiftly. I have one of the best doctors ever. Aside from that, there seems to be a lack of urgency in terms of my care. I have seen patients sent from this office (to a location I work at) for a procedure with similar complaints and there has been immediate action for those patients.
