I just moved back here from out of state and it was really hard to find a PCP taking new patients. I was happy to be able to book an appointment 2 weeks ago for April 2nd with Dr Clonick. I get a message yesterday saying there's a scheduling conflict and I need to call to re-schedule. I call today to do so. I tell the receptionist I was calling because of the message yesterday.
