I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. Instead of listening to my concerns and taking them seriously, she dismissed what I was saying and suggested it was all in my head. It’s unacceptable to treat patients this way, especially when they are coming in for help. Everyone deserves to be heard and respected, and I did not feel that here.
I love Dr. Roberts. She takes her time to listen to you and is sincere in her concern. I never feel rushed out of the office. She is a calming presence and very knowledgeable.
