Dr. Carter is in dire need of training on bedside manner, cultural differences, and general process. He has no compassion or understanding, and pays no attention to which providers accept what insurance, leading to delays, frustration, and ultimately the search for a new primary care provider. Front staff are nice. You might end up on hold pretty frequently since they seem to be a little overbooked, but they never seem to be unpleasant. Cannot speak to the quality of the other medical providers at this location.
