My allergist was 1hr late to my appt i was on time. No one notified me she was running that late. She clearly didnt read previous records i had sent 2 wks ahead of time. Or asked if i needed any refills. Wantes to change everything i was on. Waste of time. Not sure i'll be back.
My husband had an appointment. They called the wrong phone to reach him. Call me but left a message calling me Sam and did not tell me, who was calling. Just a phone number to call back. I still have the message to replay it to them but they refused it. How am I suppose to let him know they called if they never told who they were.
