If I could give zero stars I would. They took my daughter off a mental health med. When my daughter started having behaviors in school I asked that they put her back on them and they gave a new med but gave the option that we could go back on the other one if it didn't work. I sent a message that it wasn't working and then they say that they referred me to clarity who refused to give her meds until she she a psychologist. My new Doctor ; Dr. Pinto was exceptional! Nurse Laura was kind and not rushed. She made me feel at ease… The receptionist was also very kind and upbeat! It was an overall great 1st visit! Respectfully, Terry Cotler
When we called to see why a medicine had not been called into the pharmacy the girl that answered the phone was very rude!! Her name was Doreen I was so upset when we said it had been called in she went ugh and I said really then all she was doing was being very rude!! If I was her boss I would be talking to her!! She is going to get people not want to cone there!!
