The desk staff are friendly, the PTs helpful, and they are helpful. But I don't know who chooses the music. Ick! It's consistently been the least pleasant/motivating I've ever heard, and I've been to many different places in the course of my work. Also, the name of their location as THEY know it, and what it's called on the map, does not match. A common problem with URMC. 7 visits. Then dropped. I have been in agony with no help in recovery. This place has all the equipment and things needed for successful recovery and care.yer just do not care enough to utilize them. They do bare minimal spread apart 2-4 patients at a time and give you a piece of paper with exercises to do at home. They told me it would progress and I would continue and work on strength training and get help with my leg as well. This was far from the truth.
