I received a referral for my child to go to this practice in the middle of October. They scheduled her for MARCH today they called to cancel the appointment and when I couldn't accommodate their appointment offerings because I WORK they can't see her. The lady was snippy like I'm being a problem but if my schedule doesn't accommodate you that's not my problem. If I don't work there is no insurance or copay for services. Maybe they should learn how to prioritize their clientele just might lose all of them.

Called this place 6 times in a matter of 3 hours and each time there was no answer. When I was able to reach them I explained my child’s following appointment needed to be r/s and that she needed X rays, based on the last appointment with the provider. I called a week in advance to r/s her appt. There next appointment wasn’t until September (2.5 months later)

They're professional when they actually keep the appointment, but we will be looking elsewhere for care because each time we finally reach an appointment and schedule up a follow up, they end up calling back a month or two later to reschedule the follow up 1-2 months beyond the providers recommendation, and sometimes even reschedule it again after that. We waited 4 months past the initial appointment we had this last time, and now they want to reschedule one from summer to fall.
