I'm sure they're great at what they do but in order to cancel my appt I had to jump through endless hoops on the phone tree and waited on hold for ever and multiple calls later. Absolutely ridiculous that I can't just call and get an answer from a real person.

My review is of my experience with Dr. Brian Giordano, MD and the ortho office. I came to URMC Ortho for a 3rd opinion. Dr.G was the only provider of the 3 to claim I didn't need surgery. I also remember his PA having a repugnant attitude. Both provider and PA made comments and jokes about taking my crutches from me which I had to rely on for three weeks up to that appt. I went here for about 6 months following shoulder surgery. The staff were always sweet and welcoming. The physical therapist I got the pleasure of working with was Mohan Babu “Mo”. He was personable, knowledgeable and gentle. I have full use of my arm again and very grateful I got to work with him. I really enjoyed going there and would highly recommend!

Joelle Kraft PA, was a very rude and prideful practioner. I went in with a fractured ankle. During every visit she was condescending and seemed agitated. Myself and my partner, who went with me, felt uncomfortable asking questions or asking for specific care because she was combative. After every visit I left feeling bad, or "wrong" for advocating for my own medical needs. This is not how any patient should be treated when seeking medical care that we have a right to.
