Dr. Benjamin is highly competent.
I was very shocked to read some of the reviews, because Amy was hands down one of the most informative & empathetic doctors I’ve ever met with. She was very through, detailed & put together a great plan of care. I get extreme anxiety going to doctors because they tend to be so dismissive, but I felt so relieved after meeting with her. Dr Benjamin listens and is kind and thoughtful in her approach and explaining all the risks and benefits. Her team is also excellent.
Office staff is wonderful. However, as a patient living with chronic pain, she is not much help. She doesn’t even do a microbiome test. Just washes her hands and gives up. I’m not sure why she is even in this profession when she doesn’t actually care. Very disappointing.
